Which iPhones work with Listing Engine?

Room scanning needs an iPhone with a LiDAR sensor, found on Pro and Pro Max models from iPhone 12 Pro on. HDR photos work on any supported iPhone.

How accurate are the room dimensions?

LiDAR measurements are close, but you confirm each room on-site before it goes into the listing. You can also import a professional floor plan instead.

Can I edit the listing description?

Yes. The description and social caption are a starting point. Review and edit them before you publish, since you are responsible for what goes on the MLS.

What is in the export?

Your photos, floor plan data and listing copy for that property, organized together and ready to upload or share.

Can I get early access?
